Users navigating a cluttered, confusing website often leave with a negative impression and potentially lost conversion opportunities. That was a problem we aimed to solve in this project.
Continuing our partnership, in 2024, Up Hellas approached us to help them with a task vital for their rebranding phase: redesigning and building their website in order to make their digital presence feel renewed, modern, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
Up Hellas is a leading Greek fintech and benefits provider dedicated to upgrading the modern workplace experience. Through a seamless blend of smart applications, management portals, and physical cards, they empower companies to reward their teams with flexibility and ease. Their mission is to digitize and simplify corporate perks, offering an all-in-one suite of services that includes nutritional meal vouchers, celebratory gift cards, physical wellness memberships, and efficient expense management solutions—all accessible through a unified, user-friendly interface.

As Quintessential, we collaborated closely with Up Hellas to design and build a website “tailored” precisely to their vision and business needs. The brief called for a comprehensive digital experience: from establishing their brand identity and service offerings to creating dedicated product pages, each one custom-crafted to serve its unique purpose. We set out to build what we call a "to-the-point" website, one that communicates clearly and drives action.

Our design team worked for several months with the Up Hellas team prior to development, to transform their vision into reality. They provided a detailed guide on their ideal website experience and how they had envisioned it and, from there, we took the reins. Beginning with foundational pages, we developed a complete design system including custom icons, buttons, and interactive elements specifically crafted for their needs. The result was a website equipped with practical tools including quizzes for potential clients, interactive product demonstrations, and individual showcases for each service offering.
This cohesive design approach along with Up Hellas’s distinctive brand energy made a digital product that simplifies client conversion, strengthens brand visibility and delivers a genuinely pleasant and informative experience for both Up Hellas and their prospective clients. However, our involvement in this project didn’t end with the design phase.

Once the design was finalised, we used Webflow to bring to life this vision, transforming static mockups into a fully functional and dynamic digital experience. The development phase presented multiple challenges that required both technical and creative problem solving. The primary obstacle was the scale and complexity of the website. Each section demanded its own custom architecture with minimal opportunity for template replication. Meaning, unique page structure from the start and their own layout logic, interaction and responsiveness.
Each product page has its own story worth telling. Its own benefits and requirements. And that uniqueness had to be integrated into the visual consistency of the brand and the broader site.
To bring out the vivid elements, our team implemented sophisticated animations throughout the site to enhance user engagement and guide attention naturally through each page. From subtle micro-interactions on hover states to complex scroll-triggered animations that reveal content progressively, every motion was purposefully designed to feel smooth and intentional.
Simple CMS integrations enabled the Up Hellas team to easily update content, add new case studies, and manage their blog without requiring developer intervention.

Based on testing feedback and client input, the final product came to be a comprehensive digital platform that positioned Up Hellas as an industry leader while also making it easier for clients to explore and understand their services.
Our partnership with Up Hellas continues to expand and evolve to this day. We’re currently collaborating to build one of their core offering products, set to be announced in the coming months.
