In early 2025, Quintessential embarked on a strategic partnership with Relief Time, with the primary goal of facilitating access to medical cannabis. This initiative aims to alleviate and treat chronic symptoms, sparking a true revolution in the field of specialized medical services.
Through a holistic design approach—ranging from competitive analysis to full-stack development—we transformed a complex vision into a leading telemedicine platform, focused on medical cannabis guidance and prescription.
Centering on a calm and inviting UI/UX, we designed and built the Relief Time website to educate patients on the benefits of the platform and details of medical cannabis. The website streamlines the onboarding process for medical prescriptions, helping users understand the therapeutic advantages and connect with expert physicians. On the other hand, it also invites doctors to be a part of the Relief Time team, helping them understand the benefits and flexibility of working with this program. By providing clear entry points for both the doctor and patient platforms, the site serves as a seamless gateway for all users to begin their journey.


Alongside the website, we also designed and built the Relief Time Patient Platform to provide patients with direct communication with specialized doctors. This platform enables connectivity via chat or video call, while granting users full control over their sessions, medical history, and payments. The same seamless experience is extended to a mobile app that’s yet to be released, ensuring easy management on the go.


When the patient signs in or signs up to the platform, they must be verified as eligible by answering a few “yes or no” questions during the onboarding session. If they are deemed eligible, their journey officially begins with a consultation with a specialized doctor. For this project, we specifically designed this platform to be fully responsive across mobile, desktop, and tablet devices to ensure that the user could have easy access whenever and wherever they need it.


Simultaneously, we developed a management platform for the doctors. To optimize data organization, we created a functional dashboard on the home page, featuring all patients' details. Through this interface, physicians have access to critical information, including patient names, session durations, and dates, as well as billing details.

Through the chat portal, doctors, besides chatting with their patients, can also request payments for prescriptions, and close sessions whenever needed. To enhance multitasking, the portal features a dedicated sidebar providing a high-level overview of active and resolved dialogues, alongside a real-time view of the waiting room, ensuring no patient is left unattended.


Meeting Relief Time’s need for end-to-end control and data centralization, we developed an intuitive Admin Portal. This platform provides administrators with a comprehensive overview of clients, sessions, and doctors while integrating advanced modules for team management, prescription tracking, and promotional strategy.
Furthermore, we integrated dynamic charts to monitor sessions on a weekly, monthly, or daily basis. The system analyzes key metrics such as average session duration, waiting times, and the percentage of users who left the waiting room but later returned to the platform.

The analytical dashboard conveys all key information on sessions and payments, while advanced filters facilitate navigation and data categorization. Finally, administrators can track details regarding incidents or flags related to clients, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the service.
