In 2025, we were asked by the Viz team to help them create a platform that enabled making tutoring easier and accesible to everyone.
Making Viz the ultimate tutoring app
At Quintessential, we aim to make tutoring more accessible for students worldwide through Viz. By shifting from lengthy in-person sessions to online scheduling, connecting with tutors is now quick and easy, enhancing the learning experience. With Viz’s expert tutors and smart matching, parents can find tailored support for their children's needs.
Tutoring but accessible, online and efficient
The custom made online platform allows students to book regular sessions with their tutor or arrange last-minute meetings whenever they need. Everything is managed through our easy-to-use virtual booking system. The learning environment features a whiteboard, chat, video, and a variety of tools designed to enhance the educational experience.
Our input
We have developed three tailored platforms to enhance the product and streamline its operations. These include a dedicated platform for Parents/Students and Tutors, as well as an admin web app where Viz manages specific scheduling requests and monitors the platform's regular functions.
