The ReGeneration program wanted to build an ecosystem of web and mobile apps to address the complex needs of all the involved stakeholders: Candidates that want to participate in the program, Companies that want to find the right candidate and hire them and the ReGeneration team that wants to manage the whole project.
Candidates who meet 4 simple criteria: They are graduates, they have zero or limited work experience, they are young professionals up to 29 years old and they have active participation in extracurricular activities
Companies who want to open job listings and filter the results so they can find the right candidates
The ReGeneration team who wants to manage the program’s cycles and the candidates through a 4 step process, who wants to create and manage forms for the candidates, who wants to view basic demographics of the candidates, who wants to manage hiring companies and their recruiters and who wants to overview job listings
After 5 Lightning Decision Making Jams that took place before even drawing a single line, it was clear that in order to fulfill all these needs, we needed to implement 3 Web Platforms, 2 Mobile Apps, 1 Web App and 1 Custom Form Builder.
